Amenities: Utah's oldest restaurant, (80+ years), included in the National Historical Register, draws many solos. "This is where they come when they dine alone," according to the proprietor. "They" include a mix business men; blue collar, shoppers who usually sit at the 18 seat counter where mingling is easy.

Cuisine: Typical American (Lamb chops every day, also fresh seafood; breakfast until 9:00am.)
